Getting to and around Wigan could not be easier with a multi-tude of transport and travel options.
RAIL
Wigan is served by two railway stations - Wallgate and North Western. Wigan Wallgate has direct connections to the metropolis' of Manchester and Liverpool, the seaside resort of Southport as well as urban towns such as Bolton, Oldham and Rochdale. There is even a direct connection to Manchester Airport. Wigan North Western is situation on the West Coast mainline with fast connections to London, Glasgow, Edinburgh and South-West England.

ROAD
Virtually all of the Wigan area is bounded motorways giving fast road connections from all parts of the region and country via the M6 (north-south) or M62 (east-west) or M61 motorways.

BUS & COACH
